What is a Partner?

“Partners” are congregations from churches that collaborate with COFM as vital supporters. Partner church and group congregants work with Host Sites to ensure guests receive shelter each night of the week. Volunteers play a crucial role in shelter operations, including covering 3 different shifts, meal preparation and serving, nightly check-in assistance, and heartfelt interaction. COFM’s dedicated supply trailer, the GODPOD, is on site to ensure seamless operations. Together, Partners and Host Sites work as a united force to serve those in need within our community.

Partner Responsibilities

  1. May provide food, volunteers and financial assistance to the Host Partner.

  2. May provide financial support to Community of Faith Mission.

  3. May provide fellowship/services/entertainment for the Guests.

  4. Utilize the required record-keeping system.

  5. Send key leaders to COFM annual training sessions.
